Book a Slot date Online. Personally attend the Council office along with Originals for Endorsement, Hardcopies of uploaded Documents and also other related Certificates for verification on the Slot Date

Pay Fees through Online Bill Desk payment Gateway.

After Agreement conditions, click Submit button to complete process at your end

Council is not liable for losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account. Keep your Account Reference ID secured.
Enter with reference ID and date of birth as per the Registered Pharmacist Certificate and then submit (You will receive Transaction ID to your registered Email ID from appcverify-ap@gov.in)
Enter with Transaction ID and then proceed, check your details and fill the columns with basic information like address, working information etc. and upload all scanned original documents as per checklist (in jpg or jpeg format with size) (below 250 KB)
Print your application form
Go for payment as you are redirected to Payment Gateway (Bill desk) (Provide your Pharmacist Reference ID and Transaction ID and complete payment).
Take a print your online application form and payment receipt for further reference.
Personally appear in the Council with printout of application form, payment receipt and all original documents along with one set of Xerox copies as per checklist on slot date.
Scan and keep ready the following documents before applying the online application form.
