Book a Slot date Online. Personally attend the Council office along with Originals for Endorsement, HardCopies of uploaded Documents and also other related Certificates for verification on the Slot Date

For B Pharmacy Certificate, Four years consolidated marks list & For M Pharmacy Certificate, Two years consolidated marks list & Course study or Bonafide Certificate and Transfer Certificate (if not studying post graduate courses as regular student).

Pay Fees Online through MeeSeva Online or Online BillDesk payment Gateway

7.

After Agreement conditions, click Submit button to complete process at your end

Council is not liable for losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account. Keep your Account Password secured

Register yourself by submitting basic information like Name, UID, Father Name, Category, gender, Mobile No and email.

2.

You will receive Pharmacist Reference ID to your mobile No and Link for Activation to your email id from appcverify-ap@gov.in along with Transaction ID for online Payment

Fill the Online Application Form

4.

Scan your documents in jpg format with size (below 250 KB).

5.

Upload necessary documents

6.

Book your slot for Registration

7.

Take the printout of the application for further processing at Council for Registration

8.

For payment you are redirected to MeeSeva Payment Gateway

9.

Provide your Pharmacist Reference ID and Transaction ID for payment

10.

Council is not liable if you provide the wrong information

11.

Check your details while making final payment.
