  • I. General Instructions for "Good Standing Certificate"

      1.

      If Employed must disclose Designation, Institution name and place of working

      2.

      Must have valid Email ID and Mobile Number

      3.

      Pay Fees Online through MeeSeva Online or Online BillDesk payment Gateway, for services like Registration, Renewal, Re-Registration, Duplicate Certificate, Good Standing Certificate etc

      4.

      After Agreeing conditions, click Submit button to complete process at your end

      5.

      Council is not liable for losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account. Keep your Account Password secured

    Note : All Documents should be scanned in Color with clear visibility and Photo of the Pharmacist should be very clear taken recently..
  • IV. Important

      1.

      For Postal Charges enclose DD for Rs.PDF taken in the name of "DHL Express India Pvt Ltd" payable at Vijayawada.

      2.

      Send Original DD to A.P.Pharmacy Council at Guntur by Registered Post or in person so as to despatch "Good Standing Certificate" to the authority requested by you.
  • V. Procedure to apply Online
      Step 1: (Entry)

      1.

      Fill in columns with basic information like Name, UID, Father Name, Category, Gender, Mobile No and Email Id

      2.

      You will receive Pharmacist Reference ID to your Mobile number, and Link for Activation along with Transaction ID for Online Payment to your Email id from appcverify-ap@gov.in

      Step 2: (Application)

      3.

      Fill the Online Application Form

      4.

      Scan your Documents in jpg or jpeg format with size (below 250 KB)

      5.

      Upload necessary Documents

      Step 3: (Payment)

      6.

      For payment you are redirected to MeeSeva Online Payment Gateway

      7.

      Provide your Pharmacist Reference ID and Transaction ID and complete payment
      Step 4: (APPharmacy Council Office)

      8.

      Send by Regd post or Submit by person original Demand draft in the o/o AP Pharmacy Council at Guntur.

      Note

      Good Standing Certificate can be dispatched through DHL services to destiny only on receipt of original Demand draft in Council.
