Refund and Cancellation policy

1. Payment made against a service cannot be cancelled or refunded or will be adjusted to any other service.

2. This payment is made towards C. C. Charges only. Please ensure that you make on line payment within the stipulated date for mentioned in the demand bill to avoid disconnection of service or payment of penalties.

3. For C.C. Charges amount paid through online, on confirmation from bank that the amount paid has been credited in the society bank a/c, a separate receipt will be issued and as soon as the receipt is generated, the amount will be credited to the C.C. Charges a/c of the respective service, simultaneously SMS will be forwarded (subject to registration of mobile number at ERO, APPC)

4. Any legal disputes should be limited to APPC jurisdiction.
