ANDHRA PRADESH PHARMACY COUNCIL

  • I. General Instructions for "Renewal of Registration"

      1.

      Must be a Resident or Practicing in the state of Andhra Pradesh

      2.

      If Employed must disclose Designation, Institution name and place of working

      3.

      Must have valid Email ID and Mobile Number

      4.

      Latest Color photo with white background must be not older than a week

      5.

      Pay Fees Online through MeeSeva Online or Online BillDesk payment Gateway service for Renewal

      6.

      After Agreeing conditions, click Submit button to complete process at your end

      7.

      For Renewal of Registration Certificate Appearance in Council is not necessary. After uploading necessary documents, Pharmacy Council will intimate you by email and SMS, after verification & approval by Registrar of Council. You can then download Renewal Certificate from your given email id

      8.

      Council is not liable for losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account. Keep your Account Password secured

    Note : All Documents should be scanned in Color with clear visibility and Photo of the Pharmacist should be very clear taken recently..
  • III. Procedure to apply Online
      Step 1: (Entry)

      1.

      Fill in columns with basic information like Registration Number, Category, Name as per the registered pharmacist certificate, Date of birth, Email Id, Mobile No.

           Note:
             1. Please enter only your Registration Number. No need to add Suffix like /A2, /A1, /C, /D
             For Ex. If Registration Number is 17128/A1 then you enter 17128
             2. For Pharm D Candidates, You need type DR before Your Registration Number
             For Ex. If Registration Number is 001 then you enter DR001
                         If Registration Number is 100 then you enter DR100

      2.

      You will receive Pharmacist Reference ID to your Mobile number, and Link for Activation along with Transaction ID for Online Payment to your Email id from appcverify-ap@gov.in

      Step 2: (Application)

      3.

      Fill the Online Application Form

      4.

      Scan your Documents in jpg or jpeg format with size (below 250 KB)

      5.

      Upload above mentioned Documents

      Step 3: (Payment)

      6.

      For payment you are redirected to MeeSeva Online Payment Gateway

      7.

      Provide your Pharmacist Reference ID and Transaction ID and complete payment

I am not convicted by any court or any authority for infamous conduct in any respect

I am not mentally disabled

If I am found studying/and/or/working at two places at a time which is not lawfull, I am liable for any action and also liable for removal of my name as registered pharmacist from the register of AP Pharmacy council without giving any notice
